THE COMPANY GRENZEBACH ALGOSCAN GMBH
Grenzebach ALGOSCAN GmbH is a producer of automatic, optical surface inspection systems.
Our business activity is based on three optical principles:
• Telecentric Laser Scanners
• CCD-Line camera-Technology
• Optical Roughness Measurement.
These principles are the technological basis of all solutions we offer to different markets. Our company claim “Ensuring Quality” describes not only what our products can do for you but is also our commitment to you. Grenzebach ALGOSCAN GMBH currently employs 20 staff members and about 7 freelancers for hardware-development, construction, optical development, projecting, software development, system engineering, marketing and administration. The lean structure of the company allows cost-efficient working – to the benefit of our customers. Key aspects of our business are development, installation, commissioning and core components of surface inspection systems. Our vertical range of manufacture is relatively small due to the fact that most of hardware production like optical components, mechanics and electrical components is sourced out or bought from third party just-in-time. The final assembly of the System is mainly outsourced, too. By our international distribution, maintenance and support network we are able to assure you a global on-site-service.
